HIV Testing Wellness Gift – LIMITED SUPPLY – Orders must be approved by Leslie

These are to be given only to those who receive a KnoWyo HIV test; staff are not an exception. The only exception is if someone living with HIV receives STI/Hep B or C testing.

One wellness gift will include one KnoWyo-branded Owala water bottle, one KnoWyo branded Mesa Bluetooth speaker/camera shutter, and one gift bag shown in the picture. Water bottle color will be selected by CDU based on availability. Colors are Sugar High (pink), Blue Oasis (blue), and Autumn Vista (tan).
